Returns and warranty
We want you to receive the right parts in good condition. The policy below explains what happens in each common situation.

Standard unopened/unused product
Return within 14 days.
Standard black/white Print Pack
Return within 14 days if unused and resellable.
Custom colour/material print
No change-of-mind return.
Electronics opened but unused
Accepted if complete, undamaged, and resellable.
Electronics installed, programmed, or used
No ordinary change-of-mind return.
Wrong item sent
RobotEd pays return shipping and sends a replacement or issues a refund.
Item damaged in shipping
RobotEd replaces or refunds the damaged item.
Manufacturing defect
RobotEd repairs, replaces, or refunds as appropriate.
Missing kit component
RobotEd sends the missing component free of charge.
Customer ordered the wrong thing
Customer pays return shipping.
Free STL/CAD downloads
Digital files are non-refundable.
To request a return or report a problem, email support@roboted.ch before sending anything back. Include your order number, the affected item, and photos where relevant. Return instructions and the applicable delivery address will be provided by email.
